At Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School, we are committed to providing the best possible care to our students and doing so in a manner which is feasible for parents.

The focus on student support and engagement has increased and a number of additional activities and student assistance services have been added over the years. We have been able to do so with the continued support of our parent community, alumni, affiliates and donors.

The Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School and Little Coopers Fee Policy and Structure are as below and applicable for Playgroup to Std. X. 

Fee Policy

  • The Academic year starts from March and ends in the following February.
  • Fee for the academic year is to be paid in two half-yearly instalments.
    • First instalment – for the months March to August
    • Second instalment – for the months September to February
  • All fees are to be paid according to the fee structure for the academic year.
  • Fees for the First Instalment are to be paid by 28th February.
  • Fees for the Second Instalment are to be paid by 31st August.
  • After the stipulated date of payment, a late fee will be levied as applicable at that time.
  • Fees may be paid in any one of the following ways
    • Online through the School website
    • Through the mobile App (Edusprint)
  • No fees will be refunded. Extra fees will be adjusted against the next year.

Withdrawal Policy

  • The School Leaving Certificate will not be granted unless all the outstanding dues are paid and all books are returned to the Library.
  • Application for a Leaving Certificate mid-term or end of the term, will be considered only after payment of all fees due, along with late fees, if any, according to the guidelines given below:

Between 1st March and 31st December 2024Full fees for the academic year 2024-25 to be paid for the issue of LC by the school.
1st January to 28th February 2025No fees for academic year 2025-26

For all School Leaving Certificate applications received on or after 1st March 2025 - full fees for the academic year 2025-26 will be payable.
