School Admission: Policies and Procedure

At Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School, we adhere to a strict admission policy. School policies, conduct and behavioural expectations from students have been put into place to ensure a consistent and conducive environment for learning.

Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School

Admissions are currently open for entrants into Lower KG & Std I.

Announcement: Admissions for entrants into Higher Kg., Stds. II, III, IV, V, VI, VII for the Academic Year 2024-25, are also open.

Age Criteria

  • For admission in the Lower Kg. class in the academic year 2024-25, a child should be born between 1st January 2020 and 31st December 2020
  • For admission in the Std. I. class in the academic year 2024-25, a child should be born between 1st January 2018 and 31st December 2018.

Online Application Process

Parents are requested to keep scanned copies of the following documents ready in soft copy before initiating the process of online application for admission:

Mandatory Documents

  • Birth certificate of the student
  • Aadhar Card of the child
  • Passport sized Photograph of student, father and mother
  • Scanned Signature of father
  • Scanned Signature of mother
  • Additional documents required (for Std I to VIII only)
    • Report Card of the previous academic year
    • School Leaving / Transfer Certificate upon confirmation of admission
    • Other Documents (as applicable)
  • Scanned Signature of Guardian
  • Caste certificate of the student
  • Special Learning difficulty certificate of the student
  • In case of a Divorcee, Divorce papers
  • Adoption papers
  • In case of an ex-student of Maneckji Cooper Education
    Trust School, any relevant school document

Procedure For Online Payments

  • Registered Users can login here
  • If you are a first-time user, kindly register using the link on the login page. Please fill in your Mobile number to generate the Security Code.
  • Once registered and an OTP is generated, you may fill the form. If the form is partly filled, then login again to complete the form. Please use the same mobile number and OTP used at the time of initial registration, until the application is submitted.
  • Kindly select the correct class as per the eligibility of your ward.
  • Pay the Admission Form Fee – ₹1000/- through any of the payment options available*
  • Fill details of the Student and Parents (Guardian’s, if applicable).
  • Please ensure that the names of the student, father and mother match the respective Aadhaar Cards.
  • Upload passport size photograph of Student and Parents (Guardian’s, if applicable).

In case you are a single parent or a guardian,

  • For Single parent: Click directly on the relevant parent tab, fill in the information, then click on “Go to Step 3”.
  • For only Guardian Details: Type NA in all fields for any one parent, then fill in the Guardian details and click on “Go to Step 3”
  • Please note: Payment for the Admission form & submission of the application does not guarantee admission. The admission form fee is non-refundable.

Admission Procedure

  • Interaction

    Nursery, Lower Kg. & H. Kg.

    There will be an interaction with the School authorities, within two weeks of the submission of the admission form. All applicants will be intimated by an email with details of the interaction. In case the parent does not receive an intimation, they may send an email to admissions@maneckjicooperschool.org

  • Entrance Test

    Stds. I to X

    The details of the Entrance test will be sent to parents over email. In case, the parent has not received an email from the school, they may get in touch with us on admissions@maneckjicooperschool.org

Confirmation Of Admission

  • If the applicant is selected after the interaction, the parent will be intimated via email within two weeks, failing which it is understood that the applicant has not been selected for admission
  • In order to secure the admission, the parent will need to pay a total fee of Rs. 1,20,750/- which includes the admission fee, tuition, term and miscellaneous fee for the entire academic year 2024-2025. The fee is non-refundable. Please go through the detailed Fee Structure for further clarity

Leaving / Transfer certificate – for Std. I to X only

  • After confirmation of admission, submission of Leaving / Transfer Certificate is mandatory.
  • If the last school is outside Maharashtra State, the transfer certificate should be countersigned by an Education Officer of that State.
  • Pupils coming from unrecognized schools in India will have to produce an affidavit to that effect signed by their parents or guardians.
  • When a pupil is admitted on a transfer certificate, he or she will not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows him or her to be qualified, and admission will be based upon the ability of the child to clear the admission test of that level.

Please note:

  • Admission decisions taken by the School authorities are final. No requests for admission will be entertained.
  • If any parent is found to use unethical means in order to secure the admission of their ward, the admission, even if granted, will stand cancelled.
