School Admission: Policies and Procedure

At Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School, we adhere to a strict admission policy. School policies, conduct and behavioural expectations from students have been put into place to ensure a consistent and conducive environment for learning.

The details for the students from LKg to Std VIII are as appended below. For information on Little Coopers Playgroup and Nursery Admission for 2025 – 2026 kindly access the pre-school admissions page.

Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School

Admissions are currently open for entrants into Playgroup, Nursery, Lower Kg., Std. I to Std. III., Std. V to Std. VII for Academic Year 2024-25.

Announcement: Admissions are currently open for entrants into, Nursery, Lower Kg., Higher Kg. and Std. I for  Academic Year 2025-26. Admissions for other classes will open in December 2024 depending on vacancies.

Age Criteria (2025-26)

  • For admission in Playgroup, for the academic year 2025-26,
    a child should be born between 1st January, 2023 and 31st December, 2023.

  • For admission in Nursery, for the academic year 2025-26,
    a child should be born between 1st January, 2022 and 31st December, 2022.

  • For admission in the Lower Kg. for the academic year 2025-26, a child should be born between 1st January, 2021 and 31st December, 2021.

  • For admission in the Higher Kg. for the academic year 2025-26, a child should be born between 1st January, 2020 and 31st December, 2020.

  • For admission in the Std. I for the academic year 2025-26, a child should be born between Date of Birth between 1st January, 2019 and 31st December, 2019.

  • OTHER CLASSES: The admission portal for other classes for the Academic Year 2025-26 will open in the month of December 2025, depending upon vacancies in the various  classes.

Age Criteria (2024-25)

  • For admission in Nursery class for the academic year 2024-25,
    a child should be born between 1st January, 2021 and 31st December, 2021.
  • For admission in Lower Kg. class for the academic year 2024-25,
    a child should be born between 1st January, 2020 and 31st December, 2020.
  • For admission in Higher Kg. class for the academic year 2024-25, a child should be born between 1st January, 2019 and 31st December, 2019.
  • For admission in Std. I, for the academic year 2024-25, a child should be born between 1st January, 2018 and 31st December, 2018.

Application Process (Online Only)

  • Please read all instructions carefully, before filling the Enquiry Form.
  • After filling the Enquiry Form, you will be directed to Admission Form Fee payment.
  • Parents are requested to login again to fill the Registration Form for Admission with the same credentials (Mobile Number and Security Code used during the time of filling the Enquiry Form).
  • Parents are requested to keep scanned copies of the following documents ready in soft copy before filling the Registration Form for Admission.

Mandatory Documents

  • Birth certificate of the student
  • Aadhar Card of the child (compulsory for Std. I to Std. VIII)
  • Latest Passport Sized Photographs of Student, Father and Mother. (Guardian if applicable)
  • Scanned Signature of father and mother.
  • Additional documents required (for Std. I to Std. VIII only)
    • Latest Report Card of the previous academic year
    • School Leaving / Transfer Certificate upon confirmation of admission.
  • Other Documents (If applicable):
  • Scanned Signature of Guardian.
  • Caste certificate of the student. (If applicable)
  • Special Learning difficulty certificate of the student.
  • In case of a Divorcee, Divorce papers.
  • Adoption Papers. (If applicable)
  • In case a parent is an ex-student of Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School, any relevant school document.
  • Online payment facility to be kept ready.

Procedure For Online

  • Go to www.maneckjicooperschool.org
  • Click on the admission link and follow the login procedure.
  • Registered Users can login here.
  • Login and submission of Enquiry Form procedure:
    1. To register as a first time user, please fill in your Mobile number to generate the Security Code. 
    2. Once registered and an OTP is generated, fill in the OTP to generate the Enquiry form.
    3. Click on New Admission Icon.
    4. Select Little Coopers for Nursery.
    5. Select Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School for Lower Kg. to Std. VIII
    6. You may fill the Enquiry form.
    7. If the form is partly filled, then login again with the same credentials to complete the remaining part of the form. 
        Please use The same mobile number and security code used at the time of initial registration, until the admission process is completed.
    8. Kindly ensure that you select the correct class as per the eligibility of your ward
    9. Submit the Enquiry form duly filled.
  • Payment and generation of Admission form:
    1. Pay Admission Form Fees – ₹1,000/- through any of the payment options available. Please note: Payment for the Admission form does not guarantee admission. The admission form fee is non-refundable.
    2. You can download and print the receipt for your record.
    3. Upon payment the Admission form will be generated.
    4. Login again with the same credentials to fill all details as mentioned on the form.
    5. Click the ‘Save & Next’ button to proceed to the next page.
    6. All mandatory fields must be filled.
    7. Parents Undertaking must be read.
    8. Submit the Admission form.
    9. You can download and print the form for your record.
  • For Single parent: Click directly on the relevant parent tab, fill in the information, then click on “Go to Step 3”.
  • Please ensure that the names of the Student and Parents (Guardian’s, if applicable) must be as per the respective Aadhaar Cards.
  • For only Guardian Details: Type NA in all fields for any one parent, then fill in the Guardian details and click on “Go to Step 3”   

Admission Procedure

  • Interaction

    Nursery, Lower Kg. & Higher Kg.

    There will be an interaction with the school authorities, within a week of the submission of the admission form. All applicants will be intimated by an email with details of the interaction. In case the parent do not receive an intimation, they may send an email to admissions@maneckjicooperschool.org

  • Entrance Test

    Std. I to Std. VIII

    All applicants will be intimated by an email within a week with details of the Entrance Test. In case the parent do not receive an intimation, they may send an email to admissions@maneckjicooperschool.org

Confirmation Of Admission

  • If the applicant is selected after the interaction, the parent will be intimated by an email within two weeks, failing which it is understood that the applicant has not been selected for admission.
  • If selected, in order to secure the admission, the parent will need to pay a total fee of ₹1,20,750/- which includes the admission fee as well as tuition, term and miscellaneous fees for the entire academic year 2025-2026. The fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • School Uniform, Books and Bus Fees will be additional and vendor details will be provided by the school on confirmation of admission.

Leaving / Transfer certificate – For Std. I to Std. VIII Only

  • After confirmation of admission, submission of Original School Leaving / Transfer Certificate is mandatory.
  • Pupils coming from unrecognized schools in India will have to produce an affidavit to that effect signed by their parents or guardians.
  • When a pupil is admitted on a transfer certificate, he or she will only be placed in a class for which the certificate shows him or her to be qualified, and admission will be based upon the ability of the child to clear the admission test of that level.

Please Note:

  • Admission decisions taken by the School Authorities are final. No requests for admission will  be entertained later.

  • If any Parent is found to use unethical means in order to secure the admission of their ward,  the admission, even if granted, will stand cancelled.

  • The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the norms of admission during  the process.
