The world record of fastest to cover 5 km distance by inline skating is achieved by Sharvil Sachin Gaikwad, age 6 years 11 months 22 days on 23 December 2024 in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He covered 5 km distance by inline skating in 17 minutes 20 seconds at the age group of under 7 years and he set world record for the worldwide Book of records.
